Todd Jurs founded the original company, Advance Builders, Inc. in 1992, performing renovations, additions, and new home construction around the Northwest suburbs of Chicago successfully for a decade. In 2002, Todd and Christine Jurs combined their talents and launched the newly revamped company Advance Design Studio, Ltd., instantly serving up a much wider range of remodeling services that included in house design and product sales. Today with our talented team and our successful project process affectionately referred to as Common Sense Remodeling, you can have a fully customized, predictable and positive remodeling experience free from the headaches of traditional remodeling.
