A number of years ago, Affinity Construction re-built my garage and did a wonderful job. I have called on Peter Shepard for a number of issues that I have had with my multi family home over the years. His brother, Michael, had taken care of and fixed my air conditioning system for years. Due to this past winter storms, my house had some significant damage, Peter and his crew removed the existing vinyl siding and replaced the rotted wood that was found and re-sided with Hardie shingles. They also replaced some windows and remodeled a kitchen. Peter communicates frequently and the jobs were done on time and on budget.. He and his brother and their crew are wonderful to work with and I would not consider anyone else for future projects or fixes. David Beverly, Ma.

I can't say enough about how great the service has been from Affinity. When our furnace recently blew they were quick to the job and quick to replace. They have been managing our HVAC systems for years and we'd melt or freeze without them.

Affinity gets a 5 star review for several reasons knowledge, quality, trust and very competitive pricing. Our primary goal was to cool our cape style home in the summer months however Mass Save's whole home energy program rebate and 0% loan gave us the opportunity to cool and heat our home using the latest heat pump technology. Mike was very knowledgeable on Mass Save programs and all the documentation submissions required for approval. Mike was also very knowledgeable on the latest Mitsubishi heat pumps (low temp operation, efficiency, quiet). The work he and his team performed was outstanding, two external units and six internal units was a lot but they completed on time and were very respectful when working in our home. Finally, by working directly with Mike vs. much larger HVAC organizations gave us a direct line to the person responsible for quoting and completing the project. I highly recommend Affinity for your next project.

Peter and his team were the absolute definition of professionals from start to finish. During the quoting process they listened to exactly what I expected. Everyone brought in from plumbers to electricians were on time and did real high-quality work. The final product speaks for itself. I can also say they are highly trustworthy considering I was not able to be around while most of it was completed. Attention please! First thing first, Mike is tall and handsome:) Mike's workmanship and his service standards are nothing short of "tall and handsome". Our 5 year old air conditioner stopped working. We hired two techs from two different "highly respected" companies. In both cases, we were charged dispatch fees and were told we need to repair/change our Condenser for about $2900...A big chunk of money for a relatively young machine. We were sad... Until we were introduced to Mike! He showed up, on time, fully prepared, professionally equipped, and went at the problems right away. Our Condenser was leaking badly. Plus, the leaking pipes are difficult to reach. As I thought we were screwed....Mike skillfully twisted and pulled the problematic "intestines" out of the lifeless Condenser, fixed the leaks, and brought the whole thing back to life again! Chi-ching! Just like that. Problem solved. Ninja style. Efficient and handsome. Everyone loves to know and work with real masters. I know I found one.

From our first communication through the bidding process, installation, and follow up after installation was completed, the entire experience has been NOTHING short of exceptionally positive. Everyone we met throughout the process, including the gentlemen who work with Michael, to the electricians he works with were helpful, informative, kind, polite, and worked tirelessly to get the project done on schedule (the electricians were present at our house after sundown with head lamps on!) Also important to us: The placement of the exterior units made perfect sense and were a departure from the other sites recommended by others. Also important to note: Michael's bid for this project was significantly, SIGNIFICANTLY less that that of the other bids and the price was the price: no strings attached or mandatory service plan buy-ins. We recommend him without hesitation and look forward to using Affinity for our future construction needs.

Michael and his team were very professional and they kept us informed throughout the installation. Even better, they finished the project ahead of time and the total cost was well within budget and very competitive. I would recommend Michael and his team in a heartbeat.
