We specialize in making the "plans & permits" process as smooth as possible. Some projects can get bumpy when it goes to the city. We use communication (explaining your options, keeping you in the loop with updates) to make it as quick and painless as it can be. Established in 2009. In 2009 the "big" architecture firm I was working for was down to 20 people. They weren't paying us on time, they weren't paying attention to their customers or their employees. It was time to move on. I started this service with customer service in mind. This is your house, this is your wallet, it is a very serious investment, and I am here to help in any way I can. Typically the designer / drafter is one of the first people you hire to get started. You are going to want someone on your side who is honest, freindly, and informative.
