Charles Greenspon, a Chicago native, founded Banner Plumbing Supply in 1946. He couldn't have imagined that the company would grow to become an industry leader with two locations, including one that is still in the original location on Chicago's south side and this location in Buffalo Grove, serving the plumbing industry and homeowners throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Banner has expanded, but its philosophy remains the same--everyone is treated like family by knowledgeable, professional, career employees who, together, have redefined customer service. Founded in 1947 to provide quality materials to small and mid-sized plumbing contractors, BannerPlumbing Supply Company has grown from a small business housed in a 3-flat building on the south side of Chicago, to a premiere company in the industry, boasting a 100,000 square foot warehouse in suburban Buffalo Grove that features a 15,000 square foot state-of-the-art interactive showroom, design services, 20 delivery trucks, and more than 80 employees. Banner serves customers in Chicago, all of its suburbs, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin.
