Established in 2019. CA Design was started with the belief that interior design should be accessible to anyone with any budget. Candice started investing and developing real estate in 2010. She project managed all aspects of the business including: construction, subcontractor hiring, contracts, product selection and installation, interior design, landscape design, etc... She turned some of her projects into rental units and others into profitable resales. When selling one of her projects the buyers wanted everything to be included in the sale: furniture, bedding, decor, etc. She then realized that people didn't just like the house, they liked the interior design she provided - the entire experience. Choosing real estate that was attainable for everyone has always been Candice's moto. Delivering interior design the same way was something that she fundamentally believed in. And the start of CA Design was born!
