About the Contractor
At Chris Adams Construction we specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects as well as finishing garages and basements. We are experts in providing handyman services. We have a discount for first time customers and for referrals. We provide emergency services in water and fire damage situations and bring the property back to normal quickly. All of us have years of experience in the remodeling, handyman services and as restoration professions. We can handle almost any project. Established in 2009. In 2009 Chris was completing his degree in construction management at Dunwoody College of Technology. His final project involved creating a business plan. Chris went one step further and registered his LLC with the state. This began Chris Adams Construction. Chris's previous customers had been calling and inviting him back into their homes for handyman work after each of his previous remodeling projects. He decided to take advantage of the goodwill he had created and go out on his own full time. Over the next few years, Chris worked for insurance companies. His crew attended over 300 emergency losses both in multi family and single family residential. He had a few commercial losses like a dentist office, window manufacturing plant and a thrift store. in 2012, they joined with Invitation homes and completely remodeled 30 houses along with completing over 200 other projects. His crew also remodeled over 200 apartment units. Chris currently attends a BNI group in Long Lake, MN
