Immediately after graduation, Mirko accepted a Project Engineer position renovating the 31 million dollar Berkeley Public Library in California. He then was a Project Engineer on the 65 million dollar Santa Clara (CA) Public Library. His passion then lead Mirko to leadership positions within the home building industry in Florida & Georgia, building houses ranging from $250,000-$500,000 with such home builders as US Home, Pulte Homes and Legacy Communities. Mirko also purchased, renovated and leased various investment properties across Metro Atlanta. In the spring of 2009, Mirko used his many years of experience in construction to begin his own thriving company, Critical Real Estate Services, which offers complete home renovation services. In the spring of 2013, Mirko passed both GA Residential Basic Individual Builders exams to earn an active GA Builders License.
