Interior Design for a Transition -Everyone goes through transitions in their homes. From newly married to combining households, right-sizing, babies to teens and working from home are just some examples. I help people adapt their space to fit their new lifestyle. My approach is one of Re-Vision. I will edit out furniture that doesn’t work for you anymore, while repurposing the best of what you love. My unique design combines your history with your future when it comes to your things. Established in 2019. Laura started her career in NYC. Working for Gucci, she worked in sales and training in their timepiece division. Laura moved onto another high end luxury watch brand, Ebel. Laura trained sales associates in some of the best independent jewelry stores throughout the US and Canada. Moving to Philadelphia soon after she was married, Laura found herself working once again for Gucci in their timepiece division. This time heading up the Northeast Territory. Taking a hiatus from her career to raise two girls, laura and her husband found themselves living in Charlotte. Laura has lived in 9 houses over the last 20 years. everything from a brownstone house dating from 1763, a late 1800s Victorian, three houses at the beach, some others in between and her current lake front home. Each home had its own unique style and its own unique furnishings. Laura started Crown & Laurel based out of Lake Norman in 2019.
