We provide design solutions and construction management services for new construction and renovation projects. Our work is primarily within the New York City Metro area where the project management demands are often complex and conflicting. The success of the firm is founded on an extensive knowledge of methods & practices of engineering and architecture combined with a strong history of managing teams through complex multi-disciplinary projects. As experts in our field we have provided legal testimony at local and regional planning and zoning hearings and have lead teams in the analysis, production and presentation of technical reports and visual aids. We have successfully assisted our clients to obtain legal variances and approvals from various governing authorities. Established in 2003. We have successfully provided architectural, interior design and construction management services for commercial, residential and medical related properties throughout the NY NJ metro area.
