About the Contractor
Eastman Design Studio offers all the support required to conceive, develop, open and operate outstanding restaurant operations. While each project is unique, we start by helping every client define who and what they are in a way that allows them to make the most appropriate decisions for their respective projects. We can help our clients take each concept from site selection, through plans and permitting, bidding and construction, to marketing and operations. Equally important, Eastman Design Studio is to be able to leave each project with a clear path to financial success. Established in 1975. For over thirty years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, we have researched evidence of what customers really want. We use physical messages and non-verbal clues to tell clients they can find exactly those things they are looking for in the spaces we are creating. To paraphrase that jazz tune from Ain't Misbehavin', "Find out what they like, and how they like it, and give it to them just that way".
