ECI Maintenance always has a solution for all your home and business needs. ECI provides residential and commercial Lawn Maintenance, Handyman, Painting, Fencing, and Home Improvements. We are always committed to provide excellent service for all your immediate needs. We will always be trusted person when calling for a service. Established in 2019. ECI Maintenance LLC was founded in 2019 in gratitude to all the Millennium Town Center residents who believed and trusted on me as their handyman. I started as a Make Ready Tech and after getting the EPA 608 Universal Technician certification, I became a Maintenance Tech. After more years of experience, I was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in charge of 276 apartment units. I made friendship and helped many tenants that moved out or bought their own properties repairing, lawn mowing, improving, or making additions to their homes. After all the good recommendations and with the support of all those residents, family, and friends, on 2019, ECI Maintenance started to provide services to all the individuals and small business that needs any HVAC, maintenance, improvements, or lawn maintenance services.
