About the Contractor
We specialize in residential construction, both spec and custom, neighborhood master planning, and light commercial design. Established in 2023. Edify Design, LLC was founded in 2023 by Edward Ballard-Sholly after more than two decades in the architectural industry. Our designs can be seen throughout the Midlands and other areas of South Carolina. We believe in upholding proper and historically accurate design, especially as it relates to the classical orders of ancient Greece and Rome. We have a strict procedure for ensuring accurate, detailed plans and prefer to see projects through from start to finish.
