About the Contractor
At Emily Jonas Design, our process starts with a free video consultation, then we provide a detailed proposal with timeline and cost estimate (fixed project based fee or estimate for hourly costs). Feel free to complete the New Client Inquiry form in the upper right hand corner of our website in order to get started. Our project minimum cost is $2,500. Please note that we are not an architecture firm and do not create drawings for permits. However, we do create floor plans, room layouts, 3D renderings and are excellent at saving the cost of an architect by helping you determine how to improve the architecture/layout/construction of your home before you hire them to draw up construction documents. Before launching Emily Jonas Design, Emily was a co-founder of Em + Kate Design, a high end interior design firm serving luxury homes throughout California. For nearly a decade, Emily and her parter Katie Morgan, delighted clients with support for their remodels, new builds, and redecorating projects. Upon Katie's passing in 2022, Emily went out on her own, carrying with her the grace, style, and class that Katie brought to the business and to life.
