With over 30 yrs of experience both drawing and building, we know what works. Reasonable rates, engineering and Title 24 Energy reports, site surveys for slope and drainage, project estimating prior to building, and project oversight once it begins. Began in 1985 with design and construction of a Venice , CA beach house. Continued designing and building homes through 2017, branching out to just design work and CAD drawings in 2017. Supporting other contractors and homeowners for their projects. Mark Greenwald became a Certified Project Manager (PMP) boosting the business success in the areas of meeting budgets and timelines. This work continues today in the greater Long Beach - South Bay Area.
