Jim is a 3rd generation contractor. Raised in the trade by his grandfather and father he continues on the tradition of quality craftsmanship under Higgs Construction - Do It All. Jim has been working in the construction trade since he was nine years old. He has worked all levels of construction and his experience is vast. Along the course of Jim's upbringing he even went the direction of commercial construction for 14 years. He wanted to balance his knowledge in the trades. In 2004 he returned to residential construction in the Bay Area. Jim and his family then relocated to Folsom, CA in 2007 where his business was reestablished and now remains a strong part of the community.
