Since 1977, Homes by JICI in Angola, IN has been northeast Indiana's leader in new home construction and residential remodeling. Over the years, Homes by JICI has been instrumental in shaping the landscape in Angola, IN and other parts of Northeast Indiana. Our company has performed construction and remodeling projects throughout the area, from Steuben and LaGrange to Noble and DeKalb counties. Jim Ingledue, our founder, observed the strengths and weaknesses of other builders and came to the conclusion that a successful company needs to be financially responsible, honest, and proud of its workmanship. With this in mind, he established his own Angola-based company in 1977 and has become the area's most respected home builder. The next chapter of the company began in 1998 with the addition of Ken Wilson to the organization. Ken started his career as the Director of Operations and became the President and Co-Owner of Homes by JICI in 2004. As the company continued its success through the highest of quality and customer service, at the start of 2016, Ken became the sole owner of Homes by JICI.
