Drafting Services: (constraints vary by county) Small Additions or Remodels Floor Plans Site Plans (not including surveying) Elevations Kitchen & Bathroom Design Furniture Selection Established in 2007. JLM Designs began in 2007. We started out designing Kitchens and Bathrooms in the East Bay. We have since expanded to whole house remodels and designing services. We specialize in space planning, material selection, interior and exterior color selections, drafting services for permits, and furniture selection. We also specialize in ADU design and permit submittal. We have designed over 20 ADU’s.
