About the Contractor
We are a full service interior design studio, specializing in residential remodeling, updates and new construction selections. Consultation for color choices and space planning are popular. We do design plans for one room or entire 10,000 plus sq ft homes. Competitive bids are then given on products and labor for completion, specializing in flooring but all products are available for a turnkey project if desired. Established in 1987. Sandra Kettering has a four year interior design degree from UW Stout and over 30 years of experience in the design field. Sandra Kettering has been a member of the IFDA and ASID. She specializes in new home construction and major remodeling projects. Starting with a lifestyle analysis and the homes orientation to the sun and views, she can draw a furniture and lighting layout and choose architectural details, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinet and tile design, paint colors and flooring. Many of these items can be ordered direct from the manufacturer or from her local wholesale distributors assuring you of great pricing. Project management and professional installations are also available. She can help you plan at the start and is with you after you move in to finish the details. She can work with your builder or help you find one.
