Kolby Homes is a custom home builder. We specialize in customizing homes for our clients. In house drafting services available to draft a plan custom to your style and needs. Let us guide you through the build process from conception to completion. Established in 2003. Kolby Homes has been building custom homes in College Station, Bryan, Anderson, and surrounding central Texas counties for over 18 years. Clay has a Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University. Amberly Kolby has a marketing and business degree from Texas A&M University and also has a keen eye and talent for designing interiors.
