About the Contractor
As architects and interior planners we focus on three categories: residential design specializing in extensive renovations and new construction commercial interiors for restaurants, retail, and office spaces; and adaptive reuse/ historic preservation of beautiful New England schools, warehouses and other similar structures. All with understanding of the current code and sustainable concept and energy efficient materials. Established in 2013. Kontseptual Architects and Interior Planners started in 2013 by a husband and wife team, Alexandra and William. The firm focuses on different sets of projects: residential, commercial and adaptive reuse/historic preservation design. We like to believe that we design for our clients and not ourselves, while providing all the necessary information and guiding our clients to the best design outcomes.
