Kristy Ann Designs provides Residential Interior Design and Home Staging services to the Central Florida area. We offer both Vacant and Occupied Home Staging services. FREE estimates available for vacant homes. Kristy Ann Designs can work a design client with any budget! With vacant home staging Kristy Ann Designs brings in furniture, rugs, lamps, art and decor to make the space inviting to potential buyers. Every home shows like a model home which brings in more buyers and higher offers. The staging only takes a few hours depending on the size of the home. If you are living in the home that you're selling we can help too! Consider this photo-prep. With Occupied Staging we do our best to use the items you already have. We will move and remove large furniture, accessories and art to best optimize the space. What would a consultation look like? We will walk each room, provide feedback, take measurements and keep notes. After our meeting you will receive a written report on what items need addressing. We can also help you complete all the tasks on the report if you find yourself needing further assistance. If the home is lacking decor Kristy Ann Designs can provide a quote for rental! It's priced per item so every job is different. Occupied Staging is offered on an hourly basis. Our fee is $125 per hour. Established in 2018. Kristy Ann Designs is a new LLC, however, Kristy has been in the design work for MANY years and just recently decided to branch out on her own. Servicing the Central Florida area!
