Lapietra Contracting was formed in 1971 by Salvatore Messina. In 2013 the business was passed down to Mr. Messina's youngest son, Patsy Messina. Patsy continues to run the day to day operations. Salvatore came to the US from Sicily in the 1960's and formed the corporation from the ground up. He brought with him Old World values and craftsmanship which he proceeded to instill in his son, Patsy. Those values and pride are upheld today by Patsy.
