The Mill Agent was established at 129 S. Gay Street in 1938. In 1963, the Abrams family purchased the Mill Agent and operated the business until August 2021. The Mill Agent was moved at Papermill Drive, in January of 2000, to better serve the Knoxville area and surrounding area customers. In August 2021, we passed the torch to Stephen Sallas and his wife Shaunda Spell. The store was relocated to 5002 Kingston Pike, in the Bearden District. Our beloved store is in great hands, with a friendly, knowledgeable staff that will continue the excellent customer service our customers expect.
