I assist busy professionals to buy and lease their condos/homes/lofts/commercial spaces while also designing their homes/workplaces in the downtown Chicago area. Our founder Melinda Cabanilla initially started in Boston MA and founded Mistura Interior Design, Inc after receiving her Masters in Interior Design from Boston Architectural College. Melinda's design brand Mistura Design has expanded all over the globe with clients in Kuwait, Ecuador, London throughout the USA and published in magazines and featured on television such as the Today Show and HGTV's House Hunters. In 2018 Melinda expanded her reach into the commercial real estate market as a broker with Habloft LLC, she now assists developers, homeowners and business owners buy/sell/lease there spaces along with designing them as well to prep for sale or renovate for investors, buyers, and commercial clients.
