Design and rendering information: - Front or back yard starting price $3000 - Starting price $4000 for both - Factors that influence the price are terrain, custom features, and elevations. - Survey and assessment of yard - Conceptual drawings - One-on-one draft meeting at our office - 2 changes and modifications - 3-D images - 5-6 sheets of 2-D items: Demo, Hardscape, Elevated Features, Planting, Lighting, Underground Utilities, etc. - 3-5 week turn around for designs - Assistance with engineering and permitting (Price does not include engineering and permit fees). Note: We can design two 2D sheets for a minimum fee of $2000 for HOA only **Please Note** We don't necessarily take on every project, but rather focus on projects that will be cost effective to our clients. Any project under $70,000 (small jobs) will be taken on a case by case basis. Our turnaround for estimates are 5-10 business days Established in 1986. Throughout the years, Sal introduced the business to all of his children. His eldest Son, Sal Junior, has helped developed the business into what it is today.
