Pacificland Constructors, Inc. specializes in residential and commercial construction. From complete custom residential design to construction, Pacificland Constructors does it all. With more than 19 years in business, Pacificland Constructors has always delivered quality work to their clients and has the resources, people, and experience to deliver world-class performance. At Pacificland we specialize in masonry walls, brick veneer, residential stone work, glass block, concrete block (CMU) buildings and walls, exterior tile, pavers, architectural concrete, foundations, structural concrete, fireplaces, barbeque's, concrete flatwork, residential remodels, and custom home construction. Established in 1995. Pacificland Constructors, Inc. (California State License No. 715187) was established in 1995 by Martin Sr. who is our companies President. Pacificland Constructors started off as a masonry specialty contractor with a C-29 license classification called "Pacificland Masonry". During the companies early years we focused mainly on all masonry related services such as block walls, brick veneer, stone veneer, and brick pavers. Pacificland expanded its services to include all concrete services by obtaining a C-8 license classification in 1998. In 2005, we obtained the General Building Contractor license (Class B) and officially changed our business name to "Pacificland Constructors, Inc". In 2014, Martin Sr.'s. son came on board as the new Project Manager. The new Project Manager will be responsible for meeting with clients.
