My drafting and design business is a home based business with no overhead costs. This allows me to provide professional service without the professional price. Don't be seduced by those with fancy websites. Go with someone with over 30 years of drafting experience. Go with someone with a passion for design. Whether its a custom home, accessory dwelling unit, addition or remodel, I work hard to provide the best design possible. Established in 1989. My business model has evolved with the change in times. I started out by providing hand drawings. Now I work exclusively with a computer aided drafting program. However, the basic business model has remained the same. Provide the customer with exactly what they want in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost.
