Project Build Construction and Interiors is a majority woman-owned company with a great team of professionals in Design and Specialty Trades who collaborate in offering and building customized designs that fit our customers' lifestyle. Established in 1991. Project Build Construction and Interiors, LLC began its roots in the East Coast way back in 1991 when Maria Nicholson and her husband Cal owned and operated Calmar Floors which serviced multi-unit properties and served the biggest property management companies in the tri-state area of DC, MD, and VA. In 2004, the couple moved the business to the state of AZ to work with custom builders. After the housing market crashed, they moved to California which has always been their dream. In 2015, Project Build Construction Group, Inc. was formed with partners and in 2017, Maria bought out the partners and is now the President and CEO of Project Build Construction and Interiors.
