About the Contractor
Our business specializes in smaller odd jobs and “honey-do” lists which larger corporations and general contractors choose not to take on due to low profit margins and high overhead. We are a local family owned and operated small business based out of Concord serving the surrounding areas and employing local families. No job is too small and we never take on projects beyond our abilities- if it outside our scope we can refer you to trusted tradesmen in any field from floors to rooftops. The owner, Robert has experience with residential and commercial repairs. He previously worked for another large handyman company- but resigned because they were overcharging customers and most of the men were doing sub-par work. We never take on jobs that are beyond our abilities and, when needed, we work with subcontractors and trade professionals. If we can’t do the work in house, we will happily refer you to someone that can! Our technicians include union tradesman, drywall & flooring specialists, painters, electricians, foreman, helpers and even a retired general contractor. We have even helped build Oakland’s tallest residential complexes. We have two offices, a full time staff of 10-12, work shops, gear, tools, trucks, trailers, etc. If we don’t have it- We’ll get it! Trained and certified: 1st aid, CPR, AED, OSHA 10 & OSHA 30, background checked, drug free, licensed & insured w/ clean driving records and references.
