About the Contractor
We work with you to design and create complete architectural and structural plans for your room addition, remodel, or new-build. On the first consultation, we listen carefully to your desires and preferences. We then measure your home and property boundaries and log them into our premiere design program. Once the existing plan is entered, we create the new design based upon your previous input. When the draft is completed, you will be e-mailed a rendering of the new floor plan as well as virtual pictures of how it will look from both outside and inside. When the design meets your approval, we submit the plans and follow them through the city process until the plans are approved and ready for permit. We can also recommend several contractors in your area who can give you estimates to build if you wish. Give Roger a call at the number included on this page. Roger began designing and remodeling his own home in the 1980's then began buying distressed homes and remodeling and selling them as a business. He became a licensed contractor in 1992, specializing in kitchen and bath remodels, and for 3 years in the '90's, Roger and his crew installed kitchen cabinets as subcontractors for Home Depot. By 1995, they began specializing in room additions. We have built more than 75 room additions, with over 15 2-story additions, and more than 100 kitchen or bath remodels. Our specialty now is designing and creating room additions, remodels and new-builds and guiding the plans through the city for final approval.
