About the Contractor
Rudy Taghi is a one stop shop realtor! She is mostly focused on investors. She finds properties that will have cash flow positively for her clients / investors. After that she buys the property for her investor(s). She will be the realtor and loan officer both in the transaction. Then once she closes (property is purchased) she would interior design and furnish the property. After that she would list the property in the market (market desired if any) as a short term or long term rental. Once she finds a guest (Airbnb) or tenant, she will become the property manager and takes it from there. She is a fully licensed Realtor, Loan Officer, Interior Designer, Mobile Notary. She has been Airbnb Super-Host since 2018. She is a Real Estate Investor and always interested in acquiring more properties for herself. She is California based, however her services are nationwide!
