His son, Tom Rutledge began working with his dad as a teenager and joined him full-time after graduating Construction Management school. The father and son team worked together until the mid 70's when Ralph retired. Toms tenure with the company has spanned over 40 years. In the past decade, under toms leadership the company management has expanded to include the third generation of Rutledges. Currently with the third generation firmly ahold of day to day operations, Tom spends much more of his time on foreign soils at the lake cabin. As a Premier General Contractor, Rutledge Construction Company is proud to be celebrating 60+ year of business in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area.
