Sense of Space specializes in high-end home renovations, both inside and out. We develop the entire project, as a whole. Usually, you have to hire an architect, a kitchen designer, a decorator and sometimes even a lighting designer. We handle it all - from top-notch architectural design to woodwork design, lighting, furniture and finishes. We work with you, listen to your wishes and ideas, and turn them into a beautiful design that weaves together all aspects of a project. We then coordinate your project with a contractor, make sure everything is done on time and on budget. This meticulous process saves money and time and makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable, without the stress usually associated with any remodeling or new construction project. Established in 2005. Victoria Stepanov, the founder of Sense of Space, has worked in multiple professional agencies from Boston to New York before founding the business. She was searching for the opportunity to use her creativity, extensive design knowledge, and impeccable project management skills on residential homes, so she did just that. Now for over 10 years she and her team have been designing and constructing homes for the most luxurious of clients. No project is too big for this luxury home renovation team.
