Silas Lacey is a planning, design firm. We use extensive preliminary planning to provide a transparent reality to the custom home building process. Our process helps with setting clear expectations as to the cost of your home while working to deliver exceptional design ideas and solutions through the blending of human need, environmental stewardship, value creation and budgetary awareness. Established in 2015. Silas Lacey LLC was established in 2015 as a full service design studio. After being in the custom home building industry for over 15 years, I truly felt a need to collaborate with customers and their builders throughout the design phase to ensure plans met builder specifications and the budgetary goals of our clients. We truly feel the planning phase is the single most important aspect of the entire custom home build process. Unfortunately, 95% of custom homebuilders do not spend an adequate amount of time on this phase. Our firm is dedicated to helping builders and individuals alike revolutionize a new and better approach to planning your dream home.
