About the Contractor
Urbana Design is a full service interior design studio dedicated to crafting elevated, one-of-kind spaces. We foster a deep connection with our clients that enables us to craft a true sense of “home” and foster meaningful experiences. With an extensive background in design + build renovations and construction, we coordinate kitchen remodels, home renovations and new construction projects from inception to completion. We dig into each detail, each morsel that makes a home unique, timeless and full of spirit. We provide design services for kitchens, remodels, new construction, and home furnishing projects. Established in 2000. Anthony Demma was the founder of A D Construction. After 10 years of working for high quality contractors throughout Santa Cruz and New Jersey, Anthony decided to start his own construction firm specializing in quality building and remodeling. Shannon joined the firm in 2005 to develop the design side. After many years of Design + Build as Santa Cruz Design + Build, we have transitioned the firm to a boutique interior design firm specializing in kitchen, bath and whole home design.
