We handle the planning, design, prepare the preliminary and architectural drawings and specifications, handle the engineering, geology and soil reports, Title 24, Low Impact Development, manage the clearances, obtain the necessary permits, and complete the construction work while fulfilling all inspection requirements. We’re certified by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency to conduct renovation, repair, and painting activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities.
