Wise Design started in the fall of 2007 as a side business to help pay for College working with a Custom Home Contractor whose clients had gone through magazines and internet search sites and picked out specific design intents such as "I want this master bedroom, but I want that kitchen" and needed some assistance in tweaking the layout of everything they wanted and needed to fit within the buildable space on the neighborhood lot they had already purchased. Through this process of working side by side with the contractor and the client, we were able to produce a full set of construction documents and addenda sets to get plan approvals by the home owners association. Our goal is to help YOU put your dreams and thoughts onto paper so that a contractor can turn it into livable/workable space.
